With March in the rearview, the first quarter of 2023 has wrapped up and we wanted to update everyone on all of the amazing developments happening with Houdini Swap. Privacy is a universal right, and a huge reason we have experienced such strong growth is because of the amazing community of people that see Houdini Swap as a long term solution to the privacy problem. Before Q1 officially vanishes, here is a breakdown of everything we have accomplished with the help of our awesome community:

Product Milestones:

In Q1 we scaled our dev team, improved our customer service resources, lowered our fees to become the lowest cost destination for anonymous swapping, and ultimately built the best version of Houdini Swap yet. Some major milestones include:

• Our privacy API has launched! The Houdini Swap API allows partner organizations to integrate Houdini’s anonymous and non-anonymous swap functionality natively into their existing front end.
• Houdini Swap has completely revamped its support infrastructure, migrating to Zendesk to efficiently track and handle all support inquiries in real time. This has led to improved support resolution times on swaps that experience technical issues.
• Our development team has grown exponentially which has allowed us to create new features and upgrades faster.
• In Q1 Houdini Swap exceeded $30,000,000 in swap volume, a significant milestone that demonstrates the growing demand for our compliant solution to anonymous swapping.
• Also in Q1, Houdini Swap completed its 12,000th swap! Through Houdini, we have enabled users to swap millions in digital assets.
• We bought back over 1.6 Million $POOF; rewarding our $POOF holders and providing additional value to our community.
• Our POOF loyalty program, the Magicians Circle, has attracted 152 participants; demonstrating the benefits and value of being a loyal Houdini user.
• In the last quarter we also reduced the swap fees by 50%. This milestone makes HoudiniSwap the most cost-effective facility for swapping digital assets.
• Houdini Swap has added support for 34 pairs and counting! We have created more optionality for our users and made it easier than ever to anonymously swap in and out of their favorite assets.
• Houdini Swap has integrated with over 20 protocols and counting!

Ecosystem & Partnership Milestones:

This quarter wizards and witches from around the world joined Houdini Swap. Our community has almost reached 10,000, and we partnered with 10+ projects, founders, advisors and Web3 communities. These partnerships help bring HoudiniSwap to new communities all over the world and include:

• This quarter our newest Web3 advisor, GDA Capital, hosted an investor demo day. Houdini Swap gave a 10-minute pitch + Q&A session in front of 100+ institutional investors funds, and HNWI. This was a huge milestone for us and it helped us break into the VC world and put investors on notice.
• Our community grew by over 500% this quarter with over 3000 followers on Twitter and 4000 on Telegram. Houdini Swap has grown organically, without bots or token hunters; just regular witches and wizards who care about privacy. With zero dollars spent on marketing, Houdini Swap has one of the strongest communities in DeFi heading into the rest of the year.
• Consistency has been key to our success.
• Our weekly AMA initiative, Magic Monday is now on its 12th consecutive week. Magic Monday has given our users a regular touchpoint to catch up with the team which has helped us earn their trust and build a deeper understanding with our community.
• We have made over 16 blog entries in our “Hear it from Houdini” blog, where we share updates on our progress, partnership announcements, and thought leadership pieces.
• Houdini Swap also gained a lot of mainstream credibility and recognition in Q1. $POOF was listed on major crypto tracking websites CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko, and we have also been featured in leading crypto and mainstream media publications including Benzinga, YahooFinance, MarketWatch, and StreetInsider.
